When bees pollinate hearts, a forest is born.

The Bees Mission is a project of love for life.

Led by Betty Prado and Thamy Silva, it stems from the desire to regenerate the forest, establishing a new relationship with the community of life; between humans, nature, environmental education, and the delicacy of native stingless bees.

Meliponary

Located in the Serra da Bocaina, our meliponary houses hives of native bees such as the mandaçaia, iraí, jataí, and mandaguari, responsible for pollinating native plants and producing a rare medicinal honey that we consider sacred.

But the mission goes beyond honey: it's about giving back to the earth its creative power and inspiring other ways of living, caring and feeling.

What we do

Creation of native bee hives

We preserve species like the mandaçaia, which are fundamental to the biodiversity of the Atlantic Forest.

Projects with conscious maintainers and brands

Companies can adopt a meliponary and generate a direct impact on the Bocaina biome.

Environmental education for schools and companies

Workshops, educational trails and sensory experiences focusing on pollination and regeneration.

Courses and immersive experiences

Meliponiculture, art and ecological awareness workshops for diverse audiences.

How to support

You can reforest hearts with us.

Whether as a supporting company, volunteer or multiplier of the cause.

Get in touch and find out how to be a part of it.

Taking care of bees is taking care of life.

Each hive is a world. Each pollinated flower, a promise of the future.
